This company is truly excellent in every aspect. Calling for service couldn't be more pleasant. I needed a new hot water heater and our technician, Ian, was knowledgeable, efficient, informative, and friendly. The cost was as expected - I do not feel in the least as if I overpaid. The workmanship was excellent, the workspace was clean when he was finished, and the installation was completed within 3 hours or so. I would recommend Bob Means Plumbing and Ian to anyone who asked.
